What's next?
I must confess that a few months ago I was absolutely optimistic about the path the world seemed to be on. But now, I'm not so sure. When Biden was elected I felt the world going back to its normal state. Diplomacy was back. Hate speech decreased. The Trumpists who felt validated by having someone like-minded on the chair were no longer spreading their trash talk whenever they pleased. But at the same time it was silly of me to think we would have peace during this pandemic. However I'd never guess in a million years that an inexplicable war would start from no reason at all. I mean we all saw it coming and when I say
we I mean the world but no one did a single thing but to make a fuzz out of it when the Russians started to approach Ukraine with their military and when it finally happened they left our brothers and sisters down there in Ukraine dying, hurt, unprotected and with insufficient resources to face this unprovoked and senseless war. Russia is once again at the center of another war but this time the world is well connected and the consequences will be huge for the Russian people and truthfully to all of us. We do bossiness with both countries and the impact on our economies will be tangible. Our president in charge "Bolsonaro" went there a week prior to the attacks (Feb. 24th,2022) and lord only knows what was the purpose of those meetings. All in all, we must take care of each other, use our voices because they do matter to speak against what is happening, pray for those who are there in the eye of the storm and also for this to end as soon as possible before the death tool rises even more. So people can return to their homes and start over.
